Tulfo: ‘Blue Ribbon hearing’ today unauthorized

Senate Blue Ribbon committee chairman Erwin Tulfo described as “illegitimate” today’s “hearing” announced by Michael Defensor, saying the former congressman “is neither a member of the Senate nor the Blue Ribbon committee.”
