Red rainfall warning up over NCR, other areas as 'Neneng' enhances habagat

Metro Manila and several areas in Luzon were placed under a red rainfall warning on Wednesday morning as Tropical Depression Neneng continued to enhance the southwest monsoon or habagat, bringing heavy rains and a threat of serious flooding.
