(NewsNation) — Authorities in Charleston, South Carolina, are searching for a college student who vanished on Halloween.
The Charleston Police Department said 19-year-old Owen Tillman Kenney was last seen early on Oct. 31, around 2 a.m. in an area near the College of Charleston.
Detectives confirmed Kenney was walking alone onto the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway shortly after 3 a.m., with his cell phone's last recorded location confirming that information.
Kenney was reported missing on Nov. 1.
Kenney graduated from Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey and transferred to the College of Charleston in January, where he is a second-semester freshman.
Search efforts have included the use of K9 units, drones and an underwater recovery team.
Kenney was wearing a black hooded jacket, light-colored pants and black Nike sneakers with white soles, police said.
He is described as a white man who is 6'1" tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on Kenney should call the police at 843-720-2422 or submit a tip here.
