Ping pushes end to ‘allocables, leadership fund’

Abolishing an alleged “leadership fund” and banning “allocables” in the national budget are among the Blue Ribbon committee’s recommendations in its flood control probe, Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo Lacson said yesterday.
