Philippines, Japan army chiefs hold high-level talks

Reaffirming strong defense cooperation between the two ground forces, Philippine Army chief, Lt. Gen. Antonio Nafarrete engaged in high-level talks with Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Chief of Staff, Gen. Arai Masayoshi, on Tuesday.
