Philippines formally protests China media’s racist video, cartoons

The Philippines has condemned state-run China Daily’s release of “dehumanizing” and “racist” videos and editorial cartoons depicting Filipinos as monkeys in criticizing the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.
