Neneng redevelops into tropical depression outside PAR

One of the low-pressure areas, formerly Neneng, monitored outside the Philippine area of responsibility has redeveloped into a tropical depression yesterday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration reported.
