MMDA sends flood barriers, mobile pumps to NLEX

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is continuing to help ease flooding in San Simon, Pampanga along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) by deploying mobile pumps and L-shaped barriers, according to MMDA Chairman Don Artes.
