Lawmakers file libel raps vs 18 ‘bagmen’

 Lawmakers tagged as recipients of cash in suitcases by the 18 former bodyguards of expelled fugitive party-list representative Zaldy Co have separately filed libel and cyber liber charges against their accusers.
