Lawmakers deny kickback accusations

Senators Vicente Sotto III and Erwin Tulfo as well as several congressmen denied receiving kickbacks from flood control projects, after their names were mentioned during a Senate Blue Ribbon committee hearing that their bloc described as bogus yesterday.
