JV warns vs another postponement of barangay polls

Sen. JV Ejercito is cautioning his colleagues against postponing anew the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections, warning that delaying the BSKE to free up funds for the oil crisis must be scrutinized for legal infirmities.
