Discayas, 8 others face raps over Bulacan flood control project

The Office of the Ombudsman has filed before the Malolos trial court malversation and graft charges against embattled contractors Sarah and Curlee Discaya over an allegedly anomalous flood control project in Calumpit, Bulacan worth P53.9 million.
