DBM: Government can tap P27.9 billion disaster response funds

 The government can tap P27.93 billion from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund  to support ongoing disaster response amid the heavy rains and flooding brought by tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay and the enhanced southwest monsoon.
