CIDG summons 21 over Laos drug shipment probe

The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group has summoned at least 21 people in connection with the foiled shipment of 521 kilos of suspected shabu worth P3.5 billion from Laos to the Philippines.
