Charges eyed vs Aplasca in Senate shooting probe

The Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group has recommended the filing of charges against suspended Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca and two of his personnel over the shooting incident inside the Senate last week.
