Arrest of Duterte co-perpetrators sought

With charges against former president Rodrigo Duterte confirmed and the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court upheld, human rights groups are now pushing for the arrest of other co-perpetrators named in the crimes against humanity case before the tribunal.
