3-term SY needs commitments to improve learning

The Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines yesterday said that a shift to a three-term calendar only becomes meaningful when it is anchored in deliberate commitments that directly improve learning, as the Department of Education will begin its implementation starting School Year 2026-2027.
